What you can expect from USME: a clear spec, agreed in writing before the pack; payment terms that are real and honored; communication during the shipment and after; and a long-term view — we'd rather build a multi-season program than chase one-off loads.

We work with logistics partners who treat reefer cargo as the priority cargo it is. If you operate cold storage near U.S. west coast packing regions, run refrigerated trucking into major U.S. ports, or move reefer containers as a forwarder or NVOCC with a strong Middle East lane book, we're open to expanding our partner roster.
